IMPORTANT: By booking a session you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms of Service. In particular, you understand that the time you select is tentative until an Aispire Counselor has been connected to you. Once an Aispire Counselor is connected and a session time is confirmed, a refund can only be guaranteed if the session is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the session. We do not provide any refund for cancelation within 24 hours or post session. We also reserve the right to deduct any payment transactional fees for multiple cancelations within 30 days.
