Dihong Tian, Ph.D.
Co-Founder
Dihong is an innovator and entrepreneur with 20 years experience on research, engineering, and product development. Prior to founding Xrealone, he co-founded Intellifusion, a company on AI-powered video analytics. As CTO of Intellifusion, he brought the company’s technology and product development from ground up and grew the team to over 200 engineers. Prior to Intellifusion, Dihong worked as a technical lead in the Silicon Valley for 10 years. He was a technical leader with Cisco Systems and a senior staff member with Samsung Display America Lab. He enjoys defining strategies, working as an engineering and product leader, innovating and bringing innovation to products.
Dihong holds a Ph.D. in ECE from Georgia Tech. He has more than 30 U.S. Patents issued.
Kelvin Ko
Co-Founder
Kelvin is an international education specialist and an educator for more than 15 years. He grew up in Hong Kong and Sydney, and studied in the US in the 90s. Prior to co-founding Aispire, he co-founded Sanli, a company devoted to international study abroad planning and preparation, growing from one location to servicing more than 50,000 students in more than a decade. He is very experienced in international education and helping international families with private education management and planning, enabling him to be good at discovering students’ strengths and providing targeted guidance.
Kelvin is a proud alum and trustee at Tabor Academy, graduate of Northwestern University, MA in Educational Leadership from Santa Clara University, and executive MBA candidate at Kellogg School of Management.
Julie Shen
Co-Founder
Julie leads the design and implementation of Aispire’s project-based learning programs. She grew up across Taipei, California, and Amsterdam, an experience that shaped her global perspective on education and student development. Julie began her career in healthcare and research before transitioning into education, where she has spent the past six years working in private tutoring, academic mentoring, and education consulting for international students. She brings a practitioner’s lens to Aispire—translating research, curriculum design, and real classroom experience into programs that help students build academic rigor, confidence, and purpose.
She is an alumna of Phillips Exeter Academy, UC San Diego, and Columbia University, with academic training in biology, epidemiology, and outcomes research.
Advisors
Jia Li, Ph.D.
Jia is the co-founder of LiveX AI, where she serves as President and Chief AI Officer. She was the Founding Global Head of R&D at Google Cloud AI and the head of research at Snap. She is IEEE Fellow for Leadership in Large Scale AI. She also serves as an advisor to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
Taylor Stockdale
Mr. Stockdale is the former Head of The Webb Schools, CA. He serves as a Trustee with the California Association of Independent Schools. He is an Executive Board Member of the World Leading Schools Association and the President of US WLSA Foundation.
