Ayan was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and attended Walter Payton College Preparatory High School. He is pursuing his undergraduate degree in economics at The Wharton School in the University of Pennsylvania. He aims on concentrating in Business Economics & Public Policy and Behavioral Economics, with a minor in International Development. He is currently conducting policy research on military justice reform through Wharton Undergraduates in Public Policy, where he is a Project Leader, and led social entrepreneurship initiatives as the founder of the Youth Social Entrepreneurs Alliance and Chair of Neighborhood Development. His strong background in youth development and policy consulting informs his work as a college admission mentor to youth in his local religious community.

Andrey grew up in Queens, New York and attended the Bronx High school of Science. She is currently an undergraduate student at Carnegie Mellon University studying Neuroscience, and she is doing research in the Chakravarti Lab at NYU for the summer. She has experience working with both middle school and high school students, specifically with tutoring and college admission advice.

Sarah Pusser grew up just outside of Asheville, North Carolina, and attended a small public charter school called The Franklin School of Innovation. She is currently attending Duke University, studying English and Math, with a minor in Creative Writing. Having navigated the college admissions process as a low-income student, Sarah is excited to help other students find their footing as they begin the college application process.

Kate grew up in Moscow, Russia and Ollon, Switzerland, and attended Aiglon College, where she graduated as valedictorian with honors and distinction. She is currently pursuing a double major in Biology and Chemistry at Duke University, maintaining a 3.93 GPA. Kate has conducted research in molecular biology at Duke Medical Center and in prion disease at Brown University, and she previously interned at a cardiology ward in Moscow. She also serves as a Climbing Wall Supervisor at Duke, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to community health and safety. Kate is fluent in English, Russian, and French, and brings international experience, scientific rigor, and strong mentorship skills to all she does.

Eric grew up in Philadelphia and attended Julia R. Masterman High School. He now attends the University of Pennsylvania studying Business and International Relations as part of the Huntsman Dual Degree Program. He is an aspiring entrepreneur, serving as product advisor for multiple startups, as well as a student consultant, managing a team of other college students for client-facing projects. He has mentored many students from his high school through college admissions, and has helped them land offers at schools like Brown, Duke, Wharton, and Princeton.

Elif is a PhD candidate in Visual and Cultural Studies at the University of Rochester and a visiting student at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales in Paris. She holds a BA and MA in Philosophy from Boğaziçi University and also studied at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Elif has several years of experience in education, the arts, and college consulting. She worked as a teaching assistant for courses in modern and contemporary art, architecture, and visual culture, and supported student exhibitions at Sage Art Center. She also assisted with exhibitions at Hartnett Gallery, which features both professional and student artists. Elif previously worked as a college admissions consultant at Soho UK Education in Istanbul and is fluent in English, French, and Turkish.

Daniel grew up in South Korea before moving to the United States in 2018. He attended Horace Mann School in New York City and is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree on the pre-med track at Brown University. He has extensive experience in tutoring and mentoring students through both high school and college admissions. With a strong background in academic research and classical music, he has worked with students across a wide range of interests and is passionate about helping each one navigate their unique path with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

My name is Alondra and I grew up in Carolina, Puerto Rico, and attended Colegio Lourdes in Hato Rey. I am currently pursuing a major in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations, with minors in Consumer Psychology and Law & Society in the University of Pennsylvania. As a first-generation student studying in the U.S and low-income student, I’m passionate about community service. I have led a service initiative supporting under-resourced communities in the Dominican Republic with an organization called “Sirviendo con Amor”. After college I hope to pursue a J.D. in family or international law in Spain.
