Ayan was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and attended Walter Payton College Preparatory High School. He is pursuing his undergraduate degree in economics at The Wharton School in the University of Pennsylvania. He aims on concentrating in Business Economics & Public Policy and Behavioral Economics, with a minor in International Development. He is currently conducting policy research on military justice reform through Wharton Undergraduates in Public Policy, where he is a Project Leader, and led social entrepreneurship initiatives as the founder of the Youth Social Entrepreneurs Alliance and Chair of Neighborhood Development. His strong background in youth development and policy consulting informs his work as a college admission mentor to youth in his local religious community.

Kate grew up in Moscow, Russia and Ollon, Switzerland, and attended Aiglon College, where she graduated as valedictorian with honors and distinction. She is currently pursuing a double major in Biology and Chemistry at Duke University, maintaining a 3.93 GPA. Kate has conducted research in molecular biology at Duke Medical Center and in prion disease at Brown University, and she previously interned at a cardiology ward in Moscow. She also serves as a Climbing Wall Supervisor at Duke, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to community health and safety. Kate is fluent in English, Russian, and French, and brings international experience, scientific rigor, and strong mentorship skills to all she does.

My name is Alondra and I grew up in Carolina, Puerto Rico, and attended Colegio Lourdes in Hato Rey. I am currently pursuing a major in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations, with minors in Consumer Psychology and Law & Society in the University of Pennsylvania. As a first-generation student studying in the U.S and low-income student, I’m passionate about community service. I have led a service initiative supporting under-resourced communities in the Dominican Republic with an organization called “Sirviendo con Amor”. After college I hope to pursue a J.D. in family or international law in Spain.
